Tor Browser 11.0.12 is now available from the Tor Browser download page and also from our distribution directory.

This version solves the startup crash that many users reported: https://gitlab.torproject.org/tpo/applications/fenix/-/issues/40212

Tor Browser 11.0.12 updates GeckoView to 96.0.3.

We use the opportunity as well to update various other components of Tor Browser:

• NoScript 11.4.5
• OpenSSL 1.1.1o

We switch to Go 1.17.9, too, for building our Go-related projects.
